  Waited for 15 minutes just to have a server acknowledge we were there and take our drink order After that another table was seated and their drinks were served. then waited another 10 minutes before we were served our drinks. 20 minutes later, we still had not recieved any food. At this point I asked to please speak to the manager. Within two minutes I hear the waitress telling the kitchen that she needs those salads now and she brings out our salads. The dressing (a balsamic vinaigrette) came out in a lump on the plate. When the manager came out, I explained that we had waited so long for a server, she rudely interrupted saying she was short staffed. I said I understand that but the table sat and ordered after us already has their food. She then told us, " You know what, I'm tired of this, why don't I just take this {picked up plates and stacked our drink glasses} and you guys can just get out of here! I don't have to put up with this!". And kept yelling at us to get out. I was Certianly unhappy with the service and quality of the food and service but that was absolutely the rudest and worst service I have EVER experienced. And the manager lashing out unprovoked was unacceptable. This place should be avoided at all costs.

  A one star is one too many! We went on a Saturday night- there were very few vehicles in the lot. When we first came in- I was impressed. The wait staff was dressed well, the decor was nice. We were seated in the back, near the bar. We were with our young child and our friends who had a younger child. As soon as we sat down, a man started BLASTING awful raunchy bar music. The waitress was very nice and apologetic- but said the manager refused to ask him to lower the crazy high volume of the music. Apparently she was the lady dressed in jeans in the rear with the wine bottle pouring for the already drunk loud lady. This is THE worst dining experience I have ever ever had. The food was mediocre at best- and apparently the manager is the only one who can accept payments and make change. It was a ridiculous experience, they won't get another penny of my money for sure...
